Returns/Refund
Due to the nature of our products being customised and hand made, we do not accept returns/refunds due to change of mind, minor colour/stylistic differences. As mentioned in all of our product description, please bear in mind that no piece will look exactly alike due to the nature of our products.
Return/refunds are accepted for delays/damages in shipment, faulty/missing items, as well as major differences in the product you've received.
We reserve the right to reject a return/refund request for what we deem is unfair to our terms and we hope that you will treat us fairly in your judgement as well.
Please submit your case to us via email to hello@chainreaction.sg with your issue and any images for the case and we will get back to you within 2 working days.
Collection
Collection can be arranged at Aljunied MRT station upon arrangement.
As most of our items are made upon purchase, please be sure to arrange with us your collection before making your way down to avoid disappointment.

Discreet Packaging
By default, your item comes fully assembled in a clear display bag ready to be given to your receipient.
We understand that there may be times when you need to keep your items discreet for a special occasion, if this is required, please leave in the remarks for "discreet packaging" and we will have them packed in a box for you.
Do note that your bouquet and items will be secured with a zip tie to ensure that the item comes in mint condition, however, do carry them with caution and avoid any shaking. You may wish to remove the item from the box as soon as you can as it can cause paper crimpling when not stored properly.
We will not be liable for any damages should the bouquet be crushed due to negligence of storage.
Customisations
We are open to customisations for most bouquets to add/substitute flowers, please reach out to us for more information via email/whatsapp.
Scheduled Delivery
If you would like to schedule a specific date/time for delivery, you can checkout under Standard Delivery (or FREE Standard Delivery for orders above $30) and leave under remarks your preferred date/time for delivery.
Due to traffic, weather and other conditions, please provide us with a one-hour timeslot for your delivery as we are unable to fulfil by the exact minute.
e.g. request 2-3pm instead of just 2pm
