Item ships within 1 working day of placing order.

Once order has been shipped, no changes in addresses, bouquet style, or customisations will be possible as they will be handed over to our delivery fleet.

Non-customised items will be delivered within 2 working days once shipped.

Customised items will in general deliver in 5 working days, you will be contacted on an estimate.

Delivery is made between 9am-9pm everyday, no estimates are given as it will depend on traffic, area, and weather.

Expedited delivery can be arranged at an additional cost.

Orders placed before 10am can be arranged for delivery in the same afternoon between 1-9pm.

Orders placed after 10am can be arranged for delivery the next day from 9am-9pm.

If you would like to schedule a specific date/time for delivery, you can checkout under Standard Delivery (or FREE Standard Delivery for orders above $30) and leave under remarks your preferred date/time for delivery.

Due to traffic, weather and other conditions, please provide us with a one-hour timeslot for your delivery as we are unable to fulfil by the exact minute.
